Winter has come early to Portland this year. We had two days of fall and then it turned 50-ish and rainy for weeks. Not that I'd have has any time lately to do anything but school work and band. School's going great, I really enjoy Microbiology. The professor really digs her subject and it shows in her teaching style. My A&P professor seems to have set up thorough study materials in the form of in depth question sets, and he's always quizzing/handing out extra questions. This should focus my study time, thereby minimizing wasted time. For my last A&P there was truckloads of material, which led to hundreds of hours of necessary study prior to exams. I also think that the material in A&P III may be nowhere nearly as difficult after the first two classes in the sequence. Food and Nutrition should go well enough, but I'm expecting curve balls on the midterm, and a lack of quizzes or homework always make it difficult to judge what material is the most important.
On Thursday, The Taxpayers played with Bomb the Music Industry. They were one of the most fun bands we've played with in quite some time. All there material is available on their website, so check them out!
